Our planning team in Napa worked closely with our client to create a one-of-a-kind Napa Wine Train experience that was infused with a distinct design and ambiance, inspired by the Art Deco/Prohibition era. The guests enthusiastically embraced the theme, donning their best attire for the occasion, and together they embarked on an unforgettable journey. The Napa Valley Railroad, which began operations in 1864, was the perfect setting to transport guests back in time while providing a luxurious and elegant way to travel through Napa’s picturesque landscape and world renowned vineyards. Passengers aboard the historic train cars were treated to panoramic views of vineyards as they enjoyed crafted cocktails and wine offerings available on board.
The evening continued at the sophisticated Louis Martini Winery, a contemporary venue that seamlessly complemented our theme and served as the ideal backdrop for our creative vision to unfold. Amidst the elegant setting at Louis Martini, guests enjoyed dinner and wine pairing, while enjoying a speakeasy band. The experience culminated with a fun karaoke session back at their host hotel that added an extra layer of delight to their evening.
