Embrace Your Inner Super Hero!

BE A HERO Conference Theme

We were tasked to put on our CREATIVE CAPES and design a vibrant, MULTIVERSE SUPER HERO themed Conference. We’re based in California, which means we produce our fair share of beach and wine-country focused event themes. So we were ecstatic about this new challenge and chance to put our CLAIRVOYANT POWERS to work designing this theme in a FLASH!

During the conference attendees were given free reign to explore the HERO HANGOUT Networking Lounge, which included modern lounge vignettes and a massive 10 ft. coloring wall. The ESCAPE LOUNGE was furnished with chaise lounges, palms and ferns. And, to further immerse attendees with ultimate relaxation, a floor to ceiling projection of the Beach. For the conference breakfasts and lunches, table tops were decorated with a mix of custom Comic Book flowers and 10-inch Jacks painted in Navy Blue, Purple and Teal, positioned on a spread of classic comic books. 

There was an abundance of ACTION to revel in during the conference. For the Welcome Reception we transformed the Anaheim Convention Center Grand Plaza into HERO PARK. Guests were entertained with Food Trucks, Henna Tattooing, Giant Interactive Games, a DJ and themed furnishings. Each night music BLASTED at the INTERGALACTIC LOUNGE where attendees socialized in a GLOW themed breakout room re-imagined into an energetic night club! 

We were grateful to be a part of the design and production of this BE A HERO Conference. As our client’s DMC partner, we were inspired by the Conference Planners vision and we were able to embrace our INNER SUPERHERO and fulfill our client’s ENDGAME!
