
When a seasoned pro is needed to handle all the details, clients rest easy knowing that 16+ year hospitality veteran, Shannon Hazard, is taking care of everything as their Relevé Unlimited Program Manager.
Three things to know about Shannon:
- She hits the gym every morning at 5:30, and when she is not working, or working out, she is on the soccer fields coaching her three girls.
- She prefers books over TV. As Dr. Seuss says- “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.”
- Shannon loves parades. She has camped overnight to watch the Rose Bowl Parade in Pasadena and she has helped plan a number of Santa Barbara parades for the SB Downtown Organization.

One of her favorite quotes is: “We make a living by what we get, but a life by what we give.” – Winston Churchill. It’s a quote she takes to heart as a community service volunteer for a number of worthy causes.
Shannon’s extensive event planning experience includes time as the Marketing Director for the Santa Barbara Downtown Organization, as well as for the Solvang Conference and Visitors Bureau. Shannon also brings to the table a deep understanding of wine, and the wine industry, having worked in a number of high profile tasting rooms and wine clubs, such as Beckmen Vineyards, Blair Fox Cellars, and Dierberg Star Lane Vineyards.

Shannon is an alumna of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (degree in Recreation Administration with a concentration in Commercial Tourism). Shannon’s attention to detail, follow-through, and creative planning skills are key factors in Relevé Unlimited’s success.
